Awards2You makes custom award plaques, acrylic awards, trophies, perpetual plaques and engraved name plates for organizations of every size. Whether you are recognizing a team, a graduating class, employees, volunteers or agency staff, we can help you get it right and on time.

How ordering works
- Volume pricing: many products show quantity pricing for identical items right on the product page.
- Free proofs: request a proof on your order and we will email it to you before production, at no cost.
- Logos: engraving and setup for one logo are included. Email your logo to service@awards2you.com with your organization name. Vector files (EPS, AI or CDR) work best. See our logo guidelines.
- Fast turnaround: most items are produced and shipped within 2-3 business days after you approve your proof.
- Free shipping: standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Faster options are available at checkout.
Payment options for organizations
- Purchase orders: We accept purchase orders from businesses, schools, government agencies and other organizations. Email your PO to service@awards2you.com. Schools and government agencies can order on a PO right away.
- Invoicing and Net 30: Approved accounts can be invoiced with Net 30 terms. For new business accounts, the first order is paid by card or prepaid. After one or two paid orders, Net 30 terms are available with a quick account approval. Just contact us at service@awards2you.com or 855-477-4736, and we may ask for a business reference.
- Terms details: First orders on terms have a $500 limit. Large custom orders may require a 50% deposit. Custom orders on terms ship once we receive a signed PO.
- Tax-exempt orders: Email your exemption certificate to service@awards2you.com before ordering, and we'll set up your account so tax isn't charged.
- W-9: Need one for your records? Request it by emailing service@awards2you.com.
- Cards: Purchasing cards (P-cards) and major credit cards are accepted at checkout.
